Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong Financial Services Cloud experience to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions supporting business transformation initiatives within the financial services industry.
The Solutions Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and Salesforce developers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop solution architecture, data models, integration architecture, and process flows.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and recommend appropriate standard or customized solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Define integration requirements with external financial and enterprise systems.
- Support data migration and transformation strategies.
- Review Salesforce configuration and development solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Provide guidance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Senior Salesforce Architect.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, integrations, and automation.
- Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience working with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management experience.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
- Experience with MuleSoft.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
