Job Description
Domino's Pizza in Ofallon, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive. As the face of our restaurant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience from order to delivery.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
- Handle and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Adhere to food safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude
- Computer literacy for processing orders and handling transactions
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive, Ofallon
