Auto Glass Repair - 2nd Shift - $4,000 Bonus

Overview We’re looking for Auto Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technicians with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience to join us at Carvana – the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. Key Responsibilities Repairing damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery. Repairing center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching. Pay Range: $25 - $33 Schedule We do everything we can to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and that includes delivering great vehicles when expected. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools – must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clear MVR. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes under excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
