Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Monroe, NY location to perform blood collections, specimen processing, and patient service. The role operates Monday–Thursday 9am–5:30pm and Friday 8am–12pm, with opportunities for growth within a global diagnostics organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
• Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
• Provide patient service and handle billing and administrative duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification, completed training, or 3+ months experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Pass standardized color blindness test
• Reliable transportation

Compensation: $17.75–$26.44 per hour
