Restaurant General Manager

Our team is looking for energetic, friendly and responsible people to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager as we grow in the Ogden, Utah area.

At our restaurant the General Manager is a leader in one of the most dynamic restaurant companies in the country, leading the management team of the restaurant to build sales and grow the business through a commitment to details, standards and creating great guest moments . What we’re looking for :

· A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

· 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience

· Skilled restaurant kitchen management experience (P&L management, food safety, sales- forecasting, staffing...you get the gist)

· A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)

· Someone that loves to develop people and lead a team

· The ability to team teams to deliver a great guest experience
