The 6th Floor is a 48-bed MedicalSurgical Unit that provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Our nurses are multi-faceted professionals who support patients through many phases of care. Patients on our unit are treated for a wide range of diseases, conditions, and injuries, including post-surgical recovery, acute infectious diseases requiring intravenous antibiotic therapy, and exacerbations of chronic illnesses. We also provide compassionate care and comfort for patients requiring end-of-life support.

Both new graduate nurses and seasoned nurses are welcomed and supported as they develop knowledge and skills that prepare them to thrive in a constantly evolving healthcare environment. Education/Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
