Respiratory Therapist

This position requires a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Candidates should have experience in airway management and respiratory treatment procedures. Knowledge of computerized documentation is essential. The ability to perform vent management and O2 therapy is expected. Experience with suctioning procedures is required. Candidates will be expected to manage a variety of patient conditions. Weekend coverage may be needed as required. Travelers should be flexible and may float as needed between facilities. Additional skills such as troubleshooting high-pressure alarms and weaning from mechanical ventilation are essential for success in this role. Candidates must exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills. References covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years are required.
