The selected consultant will be responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting system software across multiple computing environments. This role requires expertise supporting system internals, operating systems, databases, communications software, middleware, and enterprise software packages. The Technical Systems Analyst will ensure system availability, performance, security, and operational continuity through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise supporting enterprise computing environments, including legacy and modern platforms, with experience in IBM VM, VSE/ESA, CICS, VTAM, data communications, databases, and systems software support.
