About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing and Growth Strategy to lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies for its North American direct-to-consumer portfolio. The successful candidate will be a seasoned subscription growth leader with a proven track record in driving growth through omnichannel strategies and building high-performing teams. This role is dedicated to growth leadership and will be instrumental in shaping the company's growth marketing approach. The VP will be responsible for leading a media and marketing center of excellence, translating company and brand objectives into clear growth priorities, and building an integrated growth organization. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, and data-driven environment, and be adept at leading, coaching, and developing teams to ensure the greatest impact on customer acquisition and retention. Applicants for the VP of Marketing and Growth Strategy position at the company should be strategic, commercially minded, and self-starting individuals with excellent analytical, project management, and presentation skills. The role requires an experienced people leader with a strong background in stakeholder management and significant experience in leading agency and external partner relationships. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being a plus, and candidates should have an extensive background in growth marketing, paid media, and marketing strategy development, particularly in the context of subscription-based products. The VP will be expected to champion a culture of curiosity, rapid experimentation, and data-informed decision-making, and to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the full marketing funnel is optimized for the best growth outcomes.
