Telehealth Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality advanced nursing care through the virtual on-demand care platform, working in accordance with professional regulatory standards and within the scope of their licensure. This role is designed to deliver telehealth services for urgent concerns ensuring seamless access to patient-centered care. Responsibilities include conducting remote patient evaluations and assessments via telehealth, documenting and charting patient encounters promptly and accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) and providing follow-up care recommendations such as patient education and preventive measures.
