Order Fulfillment Associate

Fulfillment Associates will be responsible for fulfillment marketing, office supply requests, maintaining client files, shipping and receiving functions and hospitality functions.The Opportunity:As a Fulfillment Associate, you will oversee a range of responsibilities differing daily. Reporting to a Fulfillment Team Leader, you will handle office supply requests, shipping and receiving, maintaining client file, different hospitality functions, and more.The Day-to-Day:Data entry of prospect and client informationMonitor office supply inventorySort and distribute incoming mail and packagesProcess UPS, DHL and FedEx shipmentsHelp with office moves, mounting equipment and cleaningPrepare marketing kits for prospective clientsYour Qualifications:Proficient in desktop PC's, printers and scannersExperience with UPS, FedEx and DHLProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift and move packages up to 50lbs as neededComfortable sitting, standing, walking and performing repetitive tasks for extend periodsWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
