Principal Software Developer

To support the development of innovative AI solutions, the remote Principal Software Developer will architect, design, and deploy production-grade AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges. Key responsibilities Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs and enterprise data Build agentic AI systems utilizing memory, planning, orchestration, and workflow automation Optimize AI systems for quality, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency while establishing evaluation frameworks for continuous improvement Required qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or related fields BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience Proven experience designing and operating production ML, AI, or agentic AI systems at scale Proficiency in Python and Java with hands-on experience in developing scalable backend services Experience with modern LLM ecosystems and asynchronous communication patterns
