We are seeking an intermediate-level local Equipment Operator to join our team for projects throughout Johnson City and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable operator with strong excavation and underground utility experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and working safely on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on commercial and civil construction projects.

• Excavate and maintain straight, accurate trench lines for underground utility installation.

• Proven piping and underground utility installation experience is required.

• Work closely with crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson City, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
