Security Officer Patrol

As a Security Officer Patrol in Seaside, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming guest experience. You will respond to concerns, communicate professionally with guests and staff, and contribute to Allied Universal’s caring, reliable, and integrity-driven team culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.84 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location. Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, building exteriors, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to deter unauthorized entry and support a welcoming guest experience. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
