You will partner closely with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage interview logistics, maintain clear communication, and ensure efficient progression through hiring stages. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance scheduling workflows, and drive consistency across Talent Acquisition operations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams, including complex and multi-stage interviewsServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a responsive, professional, and high-touch experienceManage candidate pipelines and track progress through all stages of the hiring processMaintain accurate and up-to-date data within the applicant tracking systemPrepare candidates with interview logistics, expectations, and relevant contextCoordinate interview logistics including calendars, travel (as needed), and day-of supportCommunicate status updates and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely mannerSupport and coordinate post-interview debriefs with hiring teamsAssist with offer processes, including documentation, approvals, and handoffs to onboardingIdentify scheduling challenges and process inefficiencies and implement improvementsPartner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operationsContribute to continuous improvement of recruiting coordination workflows and candidate experienceSourcing for qualified candidates for all open positionsQualificationsRelevant degree preferred2 or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or talent acquisition operationsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and schedules in a fast-paced environmentExperience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate challengesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong client and candidate service orientationExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersHybrid in office 3 days a weekEstimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
