Job Description

As a Cleared Security Officer - Patrol in Englewood, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site policies and security-related requirements.
• Support site operations by communicating with personnel, assisting with directions and inquiries, and completing required logs, reports, and/or other assigned documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
