365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in Martinsburg, West Virginia, for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a structured path into regional routes across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and East. Candidates who are ready to build safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role are encouraged to apply.
What this position offers
- Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
- $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Regional routes across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and East
- Schedules designed to keep drivers closer to home for those based in Martinsburg and the surrounding area
- Brand-new Volvo VNL tractors
- Drop-and-hook dry van freight for more predictable loading and unloading

Route details
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments after successful completion of training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and East
- Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
