Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $12.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Daytime Sat 03:30 PM – 11:30 PM; Sun 03:30 PM – 11:30 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other access‑related activity in accordance with location protocols. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related issues to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, loading areas, trailer yards, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by site. Help deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and observing operational areas for unusual or suspicious activity. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
