Receptionist PositionAnderson Injury Lawyers, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, has been practicing law since 2006 and has offices across the DFW area including two offices in Dallas and two in Fort Worth. We are seeking a receptionist who is eager to grow professionally within our firm. This is more than just a front-desk job—you will be the face and voice of our firm. Your primary responsibility is answering and managing phone calls with the utmost professionalism, urgency, and accuracy. If you're organized, personable, action-oriented, and work well under pressure, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionallyAccurately transfer calls or take detailed messagesGreet clients, staff, and guests upon arrival and direct them as neededMaintain a clean and welcoming reception areaReceive and disburse mail, deliveries, and faxes correctlyProvide general administrative support to attorneys and staffMaintain a positive and client-focused attitude to enhance client experienceAssist with data entry and maintaining accurate recordsMonitor and replenish office suppliesQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferredProven ability to handle high call volumes in a professional mannerExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyReliable transportation is requiredPositive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetWhat We Offer:Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance401k benefits that include a company match and are eligible for immediate enrollment.Paid Time OffPaid holidaysFree gym membership
