Lending Assistant/Teller - LamesaFirst United Bank is accepting applications for a Full-Time Lending Assistant/Teller in our Lamesa Banking Center.As a Lending Assistant, you will work directly with the Loan Officer preparing and booking customer loans, retrieving supporting documents, and providing a high level of customer service.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Perform administrative duties for one or more loan officers engaged in commercial/consumer loansType, file, answer phone, greet and assist customers and prospective customersAssist customers with the loan application, process and prepare applications etc. for the lending officers' reviewCoordinate with the loan processors to complete and return the documentation for closingParticipates in job specific training, various bank training programs, complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as requiredHandle special projects as assignedMinimum Qualifications:High school graduate or equivalent1-2 years of banking experienceQualities most important to this position are providing exceptional customer service, reliability, initiative, confidentiality, and ability to multi-task and work in fast paced, stressful environment.Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programsMust be proficient in grammar, punctuation, and possess strong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer relations skills and professional demeanor is extremely importantFirst United Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
