Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

We have a few urgent cases in need!

Option A

Schedule:9p-7a - Pick your own nights!    

Location/Setting:  Home Environment  in Monessen

Age Range:  Younger toddler

Acuity:  Low-tech, GJ tube

Option B

Schedule: Any hours!  

Location/Setting:  Home Environment in Charleroi

Age Range:  Pre-school age

Acuity:  High-tech Trach/Vent, history of seizures

Qualifications  

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days  

• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.

• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required

• Must have reliable transportation
