After six months of active employment, providers become eligible for full reimbursement of malpractice coverage and may also receive assistance with state license renewals, depending on tenure and overall performance.

We’re an established, high volume functional medicine and hormone optimization company specializing
in women’s health, menopause, thyroid, and metabolic repair.

We partner with one of the largest online hormone coaching companies in the U.S. (Davey Maher
Fitness) which already provides a steady flow of fully qualified, paying patients seeking hormone
therapy, peptides, and functional bloodwork.

We already have: • A national client base • Full telehealth platform and administrative backend • Lab
infrastructure for bloodwork and panels • A functional medicine practitioner (Justin Hokams) overseeing patient
management

We just need a fully licensed physician to complete the clinical and legal prescribing layer.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a U.S.-licensed MD or DO who can legally prescribe BHRT and peptide therapy in all 50
states. You’ll act as the medical director / prescribing physician of record for our hormone programs.

You’ll: • Review and approve comprehensive bloodwork and hormone panels • Provide medical
clearance and prescriptions for compounded BHRT (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, etc.)
• Oversee compliance, safety, and clinical protocols • Collaborate with our functional medicine
practitioner and nursing team • Optionally, join group consults or telemedicine calls (optional, not
time-heavy)

Ideal Candidate • MD or DO with active licenses in all 50 U.S. states (or already functioning as a
national telehealth physician) • Experience in bioidentical hormones, menopause, functional medicine,
or telemedicine • Comfortable serving as supervising physician for a functional medicine practitioner
and NP • Entrepreneurial and flexible — open to a plug-and-play model with immediate patient flow
