Collective Montessori School is hiring for the 26/27 school year. The position is located at 3814 W North Ave., Milwaukee, and is full-time.

Collective Montessori School Inc is an independent charter school created to provide children with an inclusive, diverse, authentic, and community-centered Montessori education. Our mission is to provide children with hands-on, real world, engaging and exceptional instruction that follows each individual child and promotes collaboration among home, other students and school staff.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a love for inclusive, individualized education, and the ability to inspire and support students and their families.

Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), providing instruction and support, monitoring and assessing student progress, collaboration with staff, students, and parents/guardians, behavior management and support, and maintaining special education compliance under all applicable laws.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and a DPI License in Special Education.
