As a group therapist in our Child and Adolescent Programs, you will spend the majority of your time with our patients facilitating evidenced based groups using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT. We are seeking new and experienced clinicians with a passion for delivering dynamic and informative groups for our patients. What You'll Do: Developing and implementing DBT/CBT skill groups, working with patients aged 8-13 (child program) and 14-17 years old (adolescent program) Providing crisis intervention and staff support, as needed Developing and documenting treatment plans and weekly update Co-facilitating creative expression and other experiential therapeutic groups Assisting program director in supporting families through phone coaching and follow-up calls Checking in with treatment team about changes and progress for individual patients Providing clinical observations and insights during interdisciplinary meetings Providing individual support to patients, as needed Providing support to other team members in various treatment groups Providing guidance and support for milieu staff during skills and executive functioning therapy activities/instruction Other duties, as assigned Who You Are: Are passionate about facilitating group therapy and seeking an environment to work collaboratively with others Are a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist Hold the following licenses or education: LSW (or LSW eligible), LPC (or LPC eligible), LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills Have prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting (preferred, not required) We are committed to a fair and equitable work environment. This range includes multiple career path levels across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, your years of experience, type of experience, location, and education/certifications.
