Applicants for the Head of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant role, a robust technology-driven background, and an established network within the trading and financial technology communities. The role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who can adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
