Company-Wide Director of Personal Training

The Company-Wide Director of Personal Training is the senior leader for personal training business across four established clubs and the new premium Port Chester location. This person will be expected to diagnose it, rebuild it, and install a repeatable model that improves PT sales, contribution, client retention, trainer productivity, and member experience. The role combines business ownership, multi-unit leadership, talent development, education, operating discipline, and change management. Your Leadership Impact Business Turnaround & Financial Leadership Own the Personal Training business plan, including revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, labor economics, and controllable expenses. Evaluate performance across each club and establish clear benchmarks for revenue, client growth, conversion, PT penetration, renewals, trainer productivity, retention, pricing, and staffing. Implement consistent performance scorecards, identify gaps, and hold PT leaders accountable for measurable improvement. Optimize PT products, packages, pricing, compensation, and incentives to drive growth while protecting profitability. Sales, Conversion & Client Retention Strengthen the complete client journey—from lead capture and assessment through consultation, onboarding, service delivery, renewal, and referral. Build a consistent consultative sales process around Level Fitness's complimentary assessments and InBody technology. Develop PT Managers and trainers who can confidently connect client goals with appropriate training solutions. Increase training frequency, conversion, renewals, retention, and referrals while maintaining a high-quality member experience. Leadership, Recruiting & Talent Development Build strong, accountable PT leadership across all locations through coaching, development, recruitment, and performance management. Establish consistent standards for trainer selection, credentials, onboarding, education, and productivity. Develop PT Managers as business leaders with strong capabilities in sales, staffing, scheduling, team development, and performance management. Create career paths, succession plans, and a performance culture that attracts and retains high-quality fitness professionals. Program Standards & Member Experience Establish company-wide standards for assessments, programming, documentation, session delivery, progress reviews, client communication, and renewals. Leverage Trainerize and other approved technology to improve consistency, visibility, coaching quality, follow-up, and data accuracy. Maintain high standards for certification, safety, compliance, professionalism, and service. Create a consistent Level Fitness PT experience while allowing each club to respond to the needs of its local membership. Port Chester Launch & Scalable Growth Lead Personal Training readiness for the new Port Chester location, including leadership, staffing, pricing, products, education, sales processes, systems, and performance measurement. Establish a premium training experience aligned with the positioning of the new club. Partner with operations, membership sales, and marketing to integrate Personal Training throughout pre-opening, launch, and first-year growth. Develop a scalable PT operating playbook that strengthens execution across existing clubs and supports future expansion. Qualifications & Experience Proven success leading and growing Personal Training operations across multiple clubs or locations. Strong business and financial acumen, with experience driving PT sales, profitability, pricing strategy, forecasting, labor performance, and key performance metrics. A track record of recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing PT Managers and training teams while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of training standards, program development, trainer education, client experience, safety, and nationally recognized certification requirements. Executive-level communication and analytical skills, with the ability to lead change, solve problems, and influence teams across multiple locations. Bachelor's degree and nationally recognized Personal Training certification preferred. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the club portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr jlr associates
