Data Analyst I Our client, a waste disposal company, is looking for a Data Analyst I for their Phoenix, AZ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities include identifying trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities. The role involves investigating root causes and implementing sustainable solutions, analyzing data from daily reports on closed tickets and workflows to improve operational efficiency, researching and resolving complex or unfamiliar issues, documenting findings, recommendations, and process changes, and collaborating with business partners to streamline and simplify work. Requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with process improvement or operational support, excellent communication and documentation skills, self-motivation, curiosity, and adaptability, and the ability to work independently and through ambiguity.
