You'll lead project planning, coordinate field operations, manage financial performance, and build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of commercial electrical construction projectsMonitor project schedules, budgets, productivity, and profitabilityBuild strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractorsCoordinate purchasing, subcontractors, and material deliveriesPartner with field leadership to optimize manpower and project executionReview contract documents, drawings, and specificationsManage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentationConduct jobsite visits and facilitate project meetingsEnsure projects meet company quality expectations and safety requirementsIdentify risks early and implement practical solutionsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experiencePrevious leadership experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, or Project ManagerProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of electrical construction methods and schedulingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable reading construction drawings and specificationsExperience with project management software such as Procore or Bluebeam is beneficialValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldLicensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (optional)Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and project management toolsPortfolioWe deliver some of the highest-value and most complex electrical projects in the region.
