STITCHED is seeking a Menswear Sales Stylist to join our Las Vegas team.

Now in our 16th year at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, with our second location at Tivoli Village in Summerlin, STITCHED is a multi-time winner of Best of Las Vegas: Men's Retail and is known for luxury menswear, custom clothing, personal styling, and relationship-driven service.

We are open to either a part-time or full-time arrangement. The role will include approximately 2-3 days per week at STITCHED Tivoli Village, with additional shifts at STITCHED at The Cosmopolitan depending on candidate availability and business needs.

The Role

Our Stylists develop long-term client relationships, build wardrobes, and drive both ready-to-wear and custom-clothing sales in a high-touch, multi-brand luxury environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering an elevated, personalized client experience

• Building and maintaining a strong client book

• Consistent client outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting

• Achieving individual and team sales goals

• Styling clients across ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, and custom clothing

• Learning and selling across a broad luxury brand assortment

• Supporting store events, activations, and client appointments

• Collaborating with teammates across both Las Vegas locations

• Supporting merchandising and general store operations, including receiving, tagging, and maintaining a presentation-ready sales floor.

Compensation

$16-$18 per hour, plus industry-leading commission rates, and monthly bonus opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in luxury retail, menswear, styling, custom clothing, hospitality, or another relationship-driven sales environment

• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills

• Polished communication and presentation

• Comfort working toward individual and team sales goals

• Strong interest in menswear, fit, styling, and wardrobe building

• Experience taking garment measurements and using a measuring tape for apparel fittings is strongly preferred

• Made-to-measure, bespoke, or custom clothing experience is ideal

• Existing local book of business is a plus, but not required

• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends

• Ability to work at Tivoli Village and, when scheduled, The Cosmopolitan
