Day Shift Parking and Valet Supervisor The Day Shift Parking and Valet Supervisor will ensure company standards are met in compliance with parking and valet operations and servicing contractual obligations to customers within specified budget of labor and expense. Schedule/Shift: Friday through Tuesday | 9:00am - 5:30pm Pay: $25.00/HR The pay listed is the hourly rate range for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Responsibilities Position Responsibilities Supervise staff Answer phones Provide customer services assistance Replenish tickets Maintain contract specifications Maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company Perform safety audits Check all work on a daily basis and turn in completion reports Train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations Perform daily quality control inspections Assists in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies Be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel Ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies Perform other duties as assigned or requested Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience leading a team Experience working in parking or valet operations preferred Valid Driver's License required Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) Good communication skills both written and verbal Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal About Us ABM (NYSE: ABM) is one of the world's largest providers of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions.
