Jewelry Client Advisor Job Summary
We are looking for a Jewelry Client Advisor for our Altamonte Springs location. As a Jewelry Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will use your expertise and enthusiasm to guide clients through their purchase journey, ensuring they find the perfect piece that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Jewelry Sales experience is a must!

Jewelry Client Advisor Responsibilities
•    Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
•    Provide expert advice on jewelry pieces, including diamonds, gemstones, and watches
•    Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
•    Achieve individual and team sales goals
•    Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
•    Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized

Jewelry Client Advisor Qualifications
•    Previous experience in luxury jewelry retail sales is required
•    A genuine passion for jewelry and helping customers
•    Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
•    Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
•    Strong communication skills
•    Strong computer skills
•    Ability to multi-task
•    Positive attitude
•    Self-starter with solid time management skills
•    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
•    The Jewelry Client Advisor will be required to work weekends, holidays, and events.
•    Honesty and Trustworthiness is a must
