• Ability to operate and maintain Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) with current certification
• Competent in performing basic math calculations and reading product specification sheets
• Comfortable managing changeovers, machine setups, and troubleshooting line issues independently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience training and mentoring new team members
• Basic computer skills, including data entry for SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Knowledge of food safety testing and related documentation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in a lead or coordinator role
