• Connected Services and Dealer Digitalization Role Overview
• The Technical Product Owner will support connected vehicle and dealer digital products that help fleets, dealers and service teams monitor vehicle health, identify service opportunities and improve operational workflows
• The role will work across product, UX, vehicle data, system integration and engineering to convert customer and dealer needs into scalable digital capabilities across connected services, dealer applications and related service experiences
• Key Responsibilities
• Translate connected services and dealer digital strategy into product roadmaps, epics, features and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the backlog based on customer value, dealer impact, operational benefit and technical feasibility.
• Understand fleet, dealer and Service Advisor workflows and identify opportunities to reduce friction and manual effort.
• Define digital experiences involving vehicle health, diagnostics, maintenance, service recommendations and proactive service leads.
• Collaborate with telematics, data, integration, architecture and business teams to define data and system requirements.
• Define requirements for APIs and integrations involving vehicle, VIN, dealer, service, parts and customer data.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews and stakeholder alignment.
• Track product usage, adoption, workflow completion and business outcomes following release.
