$35,000 - $40,000

• Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
• Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
• Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
• Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
• Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels
• Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers

• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
• Develop new concepts based on input
• Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions

• Experience in developing and executing successful social media marketing strategies.
• Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Proven track record of managing multiple social media platforms and engaging with followers effectively.
• Strong skills in analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies to improve performance.
• Experience in coordinating and promoting community events to enhance brand visibility.
• Ability to maintain and update websites, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
