Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager SERVPRO of Rapid City is looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. Roofing and siding experience is a major plus. Responsibilities Manage reconstruction projects from assignment through completion Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and customer communication Keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards Handle documentation, change orders, supplements, and project updates Conduct site visits and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously Existing subcontractor network preferred Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability Roofing and siding experience preferred Why Join SERVPRO of Rapid City?
