We are seeking an experienced full-time Contract Administrator to manage project contracts and financial documentation, ensuring smooth operations from initial contract review through final closeout. Responsibilities Review and markup all new construction contracts Manage financial flow by creating accurate monthly progress billing applications and processing transactions Handle accounts receivable management and necessary collections calls Initiate lien preparation and monitor preliminary lien notifications Coordinate project badging/access requirements and secure current project insurance certificates Maintain 360º safety accountability and keep administrative records current through rigorous process documentation Qualifications Commercial construction experience 3+ years of project specification experience Contract management experience is preferred Compensation and Benefits Starting pay is $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
