Job Summary:Per Diem Geriatric PhysicianSt. Joseph Hospital – Nashua, New HampshireSt. Joseph Hospital, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking an experienced Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Geriatric Physician to join our growing Senior Care team in Nashua, New Hampshire on a Per Diem basis.This is an outstanding opportunity to provide comprehensive care to older adults across multiple care settings while enjoying a flexible schedule and a collaborative, mission-driven environment.About the OpportunityJoin an established geriatrics team consisting of a physician leader and experienced advanced practice providers dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults throughout Southern New Hampshire.Our practice provides care in a variety of settings, including:Geriatric outpatient servicesSkilled nursing and rehabilitation facilitiesLong-term care facilitiesPost-acute care settingsThe team is experiencing significant growth, with patient visits and productivity exceeding budget expectations.
