Senior Paralegal

Boutique law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have: 4+ years of New York plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Bilingual Spanish language skills, a plus Knowledge of New York State civil procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities: Serve as the firm’s lead New York litigation paralegal, overseeing case management and distributing workflow to junior paralegal team Draft litigation documents including discovery demands and responses, Bills of Particulars, motions, etc. eFile documents in New York State and Federal Courts Manage the Court calendar, tracking all deadlines and appearances Light office management responsibilities including vendor account management and ordering supplies Assist with additional tasks, as needed Additional information: Salary: $65K – $95K commensurate with experience plus annual discretionary bonus Benefits: Healthcare, profit sharing, and flexible PTO Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Nadine Bocelli & Company, Inc. – New York Legal Staffing, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
