Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial equipment experience required. Experience operating, troubleshooting, adjusting, and maintaining production machinery. Experience using computers and manufacturing software within a production environment. Experience performing quality inspections, product sampling, and production documentation preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills. Ability to accurately complete production records and documentation. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Motivated to learn new processes and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for up to 12.5-hour shifts with scheduled breaks. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 37 pounds occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to work in a manufacturing facility where hearing protection may be required. Ability to safely perform duties in a safety-sensitive position. Job Duties Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain automatic packaging equipment used in the production of consumer products. Troubleshoot equipment issues, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime. Perform quality inspections, product sampling, and documentation to ensure products meet customer, safety, and quality standards. Utilize manufacturing software systems, scanners, and production tracking tools to accurately record production data and inventory transactions. Follow all safety policies, cGMP regulations, and manufacturing procedures while supporting efficient production operations and maintaining a clean work environment.
