Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Great Bend, KS | Full-Time Shift

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts (9-5:30 or 9:30-6), with rotation through nights, weekends, and on-call
  • Hours/week: 40+ hours per week
  • Certifications: ARRT in Radiology, BLS (AHA), LRT (KSBHA within 90 days)
  • Experience: Open to new grads; preferred associates or bachelor's degrees, bilingual skills desirable

What You'll Do:

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures and techniques to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Cross-train in radiology procedures, ensuring versatility and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain safety and quality standards in a healthcare environment
  • Operate imaging equipment and prepare radiopharmaceuticals
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to support patient care
  • Adhere to protocols and document procedures accurately

What You Need:

  • Valid ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and ARRT in Nuclear Medicine
  • BLS (AHA) certification; KSBHA LRT within 90 days of hire
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and completion of a 2-year Radiologic Technology program
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to hospital systems
  • Bilingual skills and higher education (associate's or bachelor's) are preferred
