What You’ll Do

As our Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while fostering a positive experience for both customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales goals and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive store performance and growth.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clientele.
• Training and mentoring staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership position, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
