We value teamwork, adaptability, and a strong patient-centered focus.We're looking for a motivated Orthodontic Assistant who is comfortable assisting in treatment, traveling between locations as needed, and working closely within a tight-knit team.Responsibilities:Chairside assisting for orthodontic procedures (e.g., bonding, debonding, archwires, appliance adjustments)Taking impressions, digital scans and X-rays with confidenceEducating patients (and parents) on appliance care, hygiene and treatment expectationsSupporting treatment planning, tracking appliance progress, and assisting both doctor and front-office staffBeing proactive in setup, cleanup, sterilization and supporting clinic flowTravel between locations when needed — flexibility is keyBeing reliable: first to arrive, last to leave when neededQualifications:Previous orthodontic assisting experienceX-ray certification requiredStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented, organized, genuinely enjoys working with patientsLocation:Travel to our offices in Decatur, Cumming & Norcross is requiredSchedule: Full-time.
