Position: CNC Machinist
Location: Fairfield, AL
Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000-$83,000 Yearly

Seeking a reliable, high-integrity CNC or Manual Machinist/Programmer to support full-cycle machining operations from concept through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC and/or manual machines
- Manufacture parts from raw steel using detailed engineering drawings
- Perform routine measurements and inspections to ensure quality standards
- Maintain tight tolerances and quality throughout the machining process
- Support projects from initial design through final production
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years programming and running CNC machinery OR manual machining experience on large HBM/VBM machines
- Ability to produce parts from raw material using detailed drawings
- Strong ability to read engineering prints and use precision measuring tools
- Experience setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CAM software
- CNC laser cutting setup experience
- CNC brake setup experience
