What You’ll Do
Provide highquality nursing care in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and professionalism
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor or DON
Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan updates
Promote a safe, positive, residentcentered environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
Active Arkansas LPN license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in skilled nursing or longterm care preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
