Heavy Equipment Mechanic

What You'll Do

As a Service Equipment Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of construction equipment, including:

• Skid loaders and compact track loaders
• Excavators and aerial equipment
• Generators and concrete equipment
• Forklifts and material handling equipment
• Small-engine and specialty construction equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Repair and rebuild equipment components and systems
• Complete accurate service documentation and work orders
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with parts, rental, and sales teams to support customer success
• Deliver exceptional customer service through quality workmanship

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience repairing diesel, construction, agricultural, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and service manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
