Job Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Be reliable and able to report to work as scheduled. Have a valid driver's license and their own reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned job sites and be 21+ years of age or older. Be comfortable working in multiple homes throughout the day. Be available to work the scheduled days and hours required for the position. Possess strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Be able to communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, coworkers, and management. Successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Be authorized to work in the United States. Be willing to learn, accept coaching, and follow company procedures and quality standards. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment. Physical Requirements To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, team members must be able to: Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the workday. Stand and walk for extended periods of time, often for the duration of a scheduled shift. Frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and stretch while performing cleaning tasks. Repeatedly use hands, wrists, and arms for cleaning activities such as wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and mopping. Safely use a step stool up to three steps high to access reachable cleaning areas. Work in a variety of residential environments and move throughout homes, including navigating stairs when required. Load, unload, and transport cleaning supplies and equipment between job sites.
