Registered Nurse (PCU)Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years of Med Surg experience required License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: Cardiac drip experience required Dementia experience/management required NIHSS strongly preferred Epic experience required Description: This position is full-time with a guarantee of 36 hours per week. The nurse will coordinate total nursing care for patients. The role includes participation in patient and family teaching. The nurse provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting is essential. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Professional scrubs must be provided by the traveler and should have no logos. The facility uses the Epic EMR system. Requirements include having a vehicle due to the lack of public transport in the area. All requests for time off must be included in the profile at the time of submission, as additional requests after the offer will not be considered. All medical and occupational health compliance items must be ordered, collected, and resulted in a timely manner upon acceptance of the offer.
