Respond to after-hours and weekend patient needs
Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and crisis intervention
Support patients and families through end-of-life care with compassion and clarity
Coordinate with the hospice team to ensure seamless care
Deliver education and emotional support to caregivers

PRN / On-Call (nights, weekends, rotating coverage)

Current RN License
CPR Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Auto Insurance
At least 2 years of Hospice RN experience preferred
