Job Title
Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled professional for a role in the Fire Sprinkler service industry. This position involves providing service and repairs on various types of sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
The ideal candidate will receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow technical manuals, and interpret blueprints and schematics.
The candidate must demonstrate a high level of customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight travel as needed. Adherence to safety guidelines and the ability to perform physical labor are also essential.
Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in the Fire Sprinkler service industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Preferred certifications include NICET Level II and Backflow.
