Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's Hourly rate: $14.75–$15.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Prior experience with merchandising, inventory control, and staff development preferred.
